The nominees for Best Animated Short are

• Pixar’s Lifted - Gary Rydstrom
• Disney’s The Little Matchgirl - Roger Allers and Don Hahn
• Kedd Production’s Maestro - Geza M. Toth
• Blue Sky’s No Time for Nuts - Chris Renaud and Michael Thurmeier

The nominees for Best Visual Effects are Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, Poseidon, and Superman Returns.

Pixar is doing really a wonderful job!

i will have to stick with warner bros and columbia pictures, over the years the have made some fabulous animation movies.

where as pixar on the other hand have had many box office hits like toystory, monsters.inc,incredibles, and like duh cars and how can we forget nemo.
pixar how ever had their on share of failure in the industry after the release of toystory 2 depressing it was for them but what do you know it was green hairy monsters to the rescue!!
